Meet Blakelee! Blakelee is a gorgeous black cat with the softest fur you have ever felt. This sweetie is residing in foster care while she searches for her furrever home. Blakelee is shy at first but when you give her some love, treats, and lots of play time she really opens up.

“Blakelee loves playing with other cats. She really comes out of her shell when there is another feline around. She is still a little scared to be touched by people unless she decides it is time. She loves lounging in the middle of the room and watching everything that is going on. She likes to sniff everything and figure out the best place to lay. Once she is comfortable with you she loves her cheeks petted and her back scratched. When she is done she gets up and goes and does her own thing. She is very treat motivated and curious. She could play for hours. She now likes being around people but it is on her own terms. She has come so so far and is going to be a perfect kitty for a quiet house with another cat.”

Because Blakelee loves other cats, she is looking to go to a home with at least one other feline! If you are interested in meeting her, please email foster@toledohumane.org
