Seamus is a handsome guy who LOVES life. We aren’t sure of all the details, but when he came into our care, his collar was embedded in his neck. He is loving his new life with all of his new friends at LC4. He gets to go to training and go on field trips! He really loves going to parks and shows off his best manners.
